 nnette is a Georgia native with a love and a talent for creating beautiful interiors. Her passion and expertise in interior decorating and staging has allowed Annette to help homeowners take their home and make it one that potential buyers want to “call their own.” During the home staging process, she looks at the home as if she was the potential buyer. She will work closely with the homeowner to simplify, de-clutter and reorganize to make their home a “Wow home” for potential buyers.
After college, Annette worked for years as an administrative manager for Chief Executive Officers of large corporations, the last eleven years in corporate retail in merchandising. Throughout her retail career, she was privileged to meet many top designers. This experience together with her creative talent led Annette to start her own business. |

Southern Décor Home Staging and Decorating was founded because of Annette’s love for beautiful interiors. She is a member of the American Society of Professional Home Stagers and Redesigners, and Active Rain. Her professional training includes completion of all interior decorating classes with certification from a local college. Annette received invaluable on the job training working with a highly regarded local interior designer and stager with over 15 years in both the residential and commercial designing field. Annette continues to attend courses to keep her up to date with the latest changes in the industry. She lives and works by the Golden Rule; and Annette will always strive to honor her client’s personal preferences, to work within their budget, and to help them realize the profit they deserve.
